MEMBERSHIP

The CRC is made up of 220 memberships/shares.  A membership/share is an asset that a member can
sell/transfer on the open market.

Membership allows access to the pool from opening day to Labor Day each year and use of the grounds, basketball court, two tennis courts, and the sand volleyball court year-round!

GUEST PASSES:
  • Each membership receives 30 individual guest passes and 4 group passes each year.  (Group passes allow up to 10 guests to enter under a single group pass.) Passes are printed on the back of each family/membership page at the pool. Unused annual passes do not roll to the next year.
  • If a member would like to purchase additional passes, he/she may do so by contacting the Membership Chairperson.  The cost is $50 for a page of 10 additional passes.  Unused purchased passes DO roll to the next year.
  • Members may also transfer passes to another member by indicating such and signing/authorizing both the donating member guest pass page and the receiving member guest pass page in the Membership Book.  Please see the lifeguards to complete the transfer. Feel free to call the Membership Chairperson if you have questions about transferring passes.

Interested in a Membership?

Currently, all 220 memberships are sold.  However, a current member
may sell/transfer their membership at any time during the year. We encourage interested parties to look on www.Craigslist.com, nextdoor, or facebook market place for any memberships for sale/transfer. Additionally, word of mouth is very effective.  Tell all your friends and family through Facebook and/or email that  you are interested in a membership – often members haven’t considered selling/transferring until they have a willing buyer right in front of them!  A membership share is an asset that members can sell/transfer on the open market; therefore, a member can sell his/her membership for whatever price they choose or transfer the membership at no cost to the buyer. Please call or email the Membership Chairperson if you have additional questions (click on ABOUT at the top of the page and then CONTACTS for contact info). Also, we highly recommend that you contact the Membership Chairperson before committing to buying a membership to verify that the seller's/member's account is in good standing.
Note that once a membership is purchased, the buyer is responsible for annual dues by April 1 of each year.

Interested in Selling/Transferring Your Membership?

Members who would like to sell/transfer their membership are encouraged to post their membership on www.Craigslist.com, post on Facebook or email, and/or tell family and friends you are interested in selling/transferring.  Often you will find a buyer through word of mouth!  Please call or email the Membership Chairperson if you have additional questions (click on ABOUT and then CONTACTS for contact info).

See "Steps for Selling/Transferring Your Membership" below for more information.

Steps for Selling/Transferring Your Membership

To complete the transfer of a membership, the CRC Membership Chairperson will need:

- Member’s/seller's share certificate signed and dated on the back by the seller (by both spouses if both are on the certificate)
- Seller's tennis/basektball court key - If the seller cannot provide a key, there will be a $30 charge for a new key.
- Application filled out by buyer
- Membership Agreement filled out by buyer
- $50 transfer fee paid by buyer or seller

NOTE:  All outstanding balances on the member’s/seller’s account must be paid in full before a transfer may occur.

The Application and Membership Agreement can be found under "ABOUT" at the top of this page. Then click on "Resources" to access the links to the Application and Membership Agreement. The buyer should print and complete both forms.  Both spouses should sign the forms if applicable.

To finalize the transfer, the buyer must contact the Membership Chairperson to set up a meeting date/time.  The Membership Chairperson does not need to meet with the seller if the seller provides the buyer with the signed certificate and the key. The Membership Chairperson contact info can be found by clicking ABOUT at the top of the page and then CONTACTS.

Membership Book

All members must bring in a family photo at the beginning of the season for the membership book. Families will have three chances to visit the pool without a photo.  After that, they must bring in a photo before they are admitted to the pool.
